I established Building Inspections by Warren Gunn in September 2010.

I am a licensed builder and have over 23 years of experience in the building industry.

I can:

• Inspect and report on the condition of residential and commercial buildings and properties
• Advise you about timber pest issues on your property
• Advise you about building maintenance issues on your property
• Provide cost estimates for the rectification of defects found on a property
• Inspect and report on building projects throughout the construction process

I have:

• A Builders licence (Licence No. 135019C)
• Extensive experience in all areas of building construction
• Technical qualifications in building construction and timber pests
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Public liability insurance
