Timber Pest Inspection Report

This inspection assesses a property for evidence of timber pests, damage caused by timber pests and for conditions
conducive to timber pests. Recommendations for further investigations will be included in the report if necessary.

Timber pests include subterranean and damp-wood termites, borers of seasoned timber and wood decay fungi.

This report is carried out in accordance with Australian Standard AS 4349.3 – 2010.
